| Overview |
Gold
Rusher opened along with
Magic Mountain in 1971,
becoming the park's first
roller coaster. This
Arrow Dynamics designed
steel mine train takes
riders on a scenic adventure
through lush landscape and
over several hills, dips,
and turns.
The
ride stands 70-feet in the
air and reaches a maximum
speed of 35 MPH. The
ride's layout spans
2,590-feet and includes
two lift-hills.
Not
only is Gold Rusher a
significant part of the
park's history, but it is
a very fun ride that the
whole family can enjoy.
