Summary: Awsome Ride
May 26th, 2004
Medusa being B&M's first floorless coaster packs and awsome punch that will have riders wanting more the ride has an awsome first vertical loop although not quite as tall as batman knight flight's in six flags great america the immamalan (please excuse spelling error) twist after that is an awsome way to redirect the ride. the cobra roll sends u directly over the entry area and is an awsome way to drag riders onto the ride. if u ride only one floorless coaster i say that medusa is a must.

Summary: Good. Occasionally great.

Medusa is a moody coaster. Usually, you're given the standard B&M ride: smooth, but rather forceless. However, on colder days, you're often treated to an amazing hangtime machine. While front would seem to be the best row because of the floorless effect, once that gimmick starts to wear thin, head for back. On these colder days, the rider is not only treated to perfect hangtime, an incredible zero-G roll, airtime on the MCBR entrance and two airtime hops, but a terrific whip effect over the first drop.

Summary: Awesome!

Medusa is an awesome coaster, it is filled with a great mix of airtime/hangtime and has great pacing. Each element is designed perfectly to provide the perfect speed to travel through. This coaster was so good it immediatly went into my list of favorite coasters.

Summary: 1st Floorless Coaster
April 26th, 2003
Its a shame this coaster is located in Six Flags Great Adventure. It gives a very smooth and enjoyable ride. Two things take away from it, though. First is theming. A coaster named Medusa is really out of place if it happens to be located in the Wild West section of the park. Also there is a queue time wait of 45-60 minutes. There are actually vendors who bring food to the queue line so people waiting can have something to eat/drink! This ride is fantastic but is located at a horrible excuse for an amusement park.

This was the first floorless in the world, and this is one of the best. The whole ride is amazing, the whole time you feel as your feet are going to be ripped off. It really deliveres a remarkable ride that many should try, you will enjoy it!
